Meet Dianne
Dianne Armstrong has a passion for lifelong learning and teaching many subjects that range from leadership and talent practices to neuroscience, organization behavior, and mindfulness. She has served on the front lines of leadership and career development, talent strategy, team effectiveness, and business transformations for over 30 years.

Dianne knows that being a leader can be exciting, lonely, gratifying, and exhausting. She’s experienced first-hand the daily pressure, long hours, difficult team dynamics, and organizational crises that leaders manage daily. Supporting many styles and levels of leaders throughout their careers, across seven industries, has given her clear perspective on the mindset, behaviors and capabilities leaders can build to amplify their impact (and stay sane while doing so).

After her first 12 years of high-octane consulting projects, long hours, and constant travel, she began to experience severe chronic health issues that affected her quality of life and compelled her to make sweeping changes in her lifestyle, career strategy, and energy management. Her next 18 years of executive roles in talent management and business transformation were a journey to discover and integrate the principles and practices of values-based leadership, mindfulness, behavioral psychology, neuroscience, and somatic/trauma therapy into leadership practices.

Dianne has learned that leadership is not a destination but a mission. Great leadership requires relentless curiosity and a willingness to think and behave differently in order to create work environments wherein both the leader and their team can thrive and perform at their best.

To help leaders on this journey, Dianne serves as an experienced thought partner, career strategist, leadership expert, and organization transformation consultant. She is a certified mindfulness teacher, somatic therapy trained coach, and has earned her 2nd degree brown belt in Tai Chi.

Dianne is passionate about healthy living, reading great stories, studying trauma and healing, and being out on the water. She has been a working mom for most of her career, and loves to spend time with her family and in nature.
